LED Lighting Design in hotels and cruise ships, 2nd edition

The permanent training course, realized thanks to the contribution of Philips, Luceplan, ILTI luce, and under the patronage of AIDI (Italian Lighting Association) and CETENA (Naval Technology Study Center), that will take place in February-March 2012, is oriented to addressed to professional/graduated technicians and not graduated workers that want to specialize in Lighting Design for hotel spaces and cruise ships.
The course consists of two modules. The first of deepening of Technologies, where the theoretical and technological foundations of the subject will be discussed and the second of Design, where the process and design themes will be treated. These two modules can be attended singularly.

1) LED Technology for hotels and cruise ships (8 hours).
- Lighting Design in the hospitality sector
- LED Lighting in the hoteland cruise ships: well-being, mood and sustainability
- LED Luminaires for hospitality
- Cost of installation and energy-saving with LED
2) Design Workshop (32 hours).
- The workshop will be held by developing a project in context in a real situation, to provide methodological tools and practical approach to lighting design in the hotel and cruise ships.
